1. Definitions

2. Service Agreement
By engaging MagPilot's services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

9. Liability and Insurance
MagPilot carries liability insurance to cover damages resulting from the provision of services. The Client is encouraged to carry their own insurance to cover any additional risks.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of services.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement in writing for any material breach of these terms. Termination shall not relieve the Client of its payment obligations for services already performed.
12. Force Majeure
MagPilot shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the provision of services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, and equipment failures.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MagPilot is based.
14. Amendments
MagPilot may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such amendments shall be effective upon notice to the Client.
