1. Definitions

  • "MagPilot" refers to MagPilot Drone Services, its representatives, agents, and affiliates.

  • "Client" refers to any individual or entity entering into an agreement with MagPilot for drone services.

  • "Services" refers to any drone-related services provided by MagPilot, including but not limited to aerial photography, videography, inspections, surveys, and data collection.

  • "Equipment" refers to all drones, cameras, sensors, software, and other tools used by MagPilot to provide services.

2. Service Agreement

By engaging MagPilot's services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

3. Service Scope

MagPilot will provide the agreed-upon services in accordance with the Client's specifications and requirements. Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Equipment and Personnel

MagPilot will provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services. The Client shall not interfere with or obstruct MagPilot's personnel during service delivery.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services shall be made as outlined in the service agreement. Any additional expenses incurred during the provision of services shall be reimbursed by the Client.

6. Ownership of Data

All data, including images, videos, and survey data collected during the provision of services, shall remain the property of MagPilot unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, permits, or authorisations required for the provision of services, including access to the service location.

8. Safety and Compliance

MagPilot will adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to drone operations. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the service location is safe for drone operations and compliant with all relevant regulations.

9. Liability and Insurance

MagPilot carries liability insurance to cover damages resulting from the provision of services. The Client is encouraged to carry their own insurance to cover any additional risks.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in writing for any material breach of these terms. Termination shall not relieve the Client of its payment obligations for services already performed.

12. Force Majeure

MagPilot shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the provision of services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, and equipment failures.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MagPilot is based.

14. Amendments

MagPilot may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such amendments shall be effective upon notice to the Client.
